Continuing the drive for education of the girl child. The conference proceeds were dedicated to sponsoring the medical education of Anushree, the daughter of a security guard. She is one of the thousands of girls who is being taken care of by the conference organizers.

All-India National NGO Summit - January 2008. Provided a platform for NGOs to interact to generate solutions and form partnerships on key environmental issues of the country.
Child Support for Zimbabwean families affected by HIV/AIDS
Delegates from Perth, Australia implemented a project providing support to the children of families affected by HIV/AIDS in Zimbabwe, immediately after the conference.
Education for 500 girl children
Ongoing projects for rehabilitation of female prisoners and building of homes for the homeless continue to transform and uplift the lives of underprivileged women around the world.
100 homes provided for homeless rural women. Keys were handed out to the women during the very first conference.
Faith in Action Against Sex Selection India’s Missing Daughters, November 2005 -The Art of Living Foundation and the UNFPA, sought to address the imbalance in India’s sex ratio at a conference which aimed at educating people against female foeticide.
Peanut Butter Project, Murewa, Africa. Inspired by the conference, Art of Living workshops were offered to the women of Chitate in Murewa, Africa. More than 797 women benefitted from the programme and this led to the start of a peanut butter project to provide gainful employment for local women. Around 82 women were trained in using the peanut butter-making machine presented by the Art of Living volunteers of Zimbabwe.
Conference on integrated value education-June 2006. With participation from 1300 delegates , chancellors, vice chancellors and education ministers, a draft working plan on integrated value education was created.
